Electrical safety – Danish regulations, called L-AUS
A L-AUS course from Elsikkerhed provides annual instruction in working on electrical installations. Our L-AUS course primarily focuses on fixed installations and uses examples from the everyday work of electricians.
Participants in the L-AUS course gain knowledge of the requirements in EN 50110-1:2023 and the Danish Executive Order for Electrical Installations, which sets the requirements regarding work on or near electrical installations in Denmark.
Participants in the training gain theoretical and practical knowledge of tools and equipment for L-AUS, so they can use, test, and maintain them correctly.
An annual L-AUS theoretical training takes only 2.5 hours and is held at your company or building site, saving you valuable work hours.
Is L-AUS the right course for you?
L-AUS Refresher Training is aimed at electrical installers and electricians who primarily work on fixed installations.
For employees in the industrial sector or other industries outside the electrical field, we recommend taking a look at our other courses on live working.
Here you’ll find:
- Courses for machine operators, service technicians, engineers etc.
- Customized training tailored to the company and specific work tasks.
- Focus on safety for employees without an electrical background.
These courses can also be conducted in English. Please contact us for more information.
We make it interesting and relevant
Through image examples, video, and dialogue, we give employees a good understanding of the legal requirements in the Danish Executive Order for Electrical Installations and EN 50110-1:2023.
Our courses are based on real-life examples from companies we work with. We focus on many of the mistakes that often cause serious accidents – and how to prevent them in the future.
First aid as part of the L-AUS course
Elsikkerhed also offers a first aid course as part of the L-AUS refresher training, focusing on electricity-related accidents.
You can choose between two versions of the first aid course, depending on your needs:
- 45 minutes: A short theoretical overview of life-saving first aid.
- 3-4 hours: A comprehensive first aid course with a special focus on electrical accidents, including practical CPR exercises.
