Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general terms and conditions outlined below apply and take precedence over any general terms and conditions of the buyer.

Prices in the Webshop
At Elsikkerhed.dk ApS, all prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and displayed both excluding and including VAT and other charges. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Availability of items is subject to stock levels.
Payment
Elsikkerhed.dk ApS accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, bank transfer, and invoice with FIK. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK, including VAT. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing and for sold-out or discontinued items.
Delivery
Elsikkerhed.dk ApS aims to dispatch orders placed on the same day.
We deliver throughout Denmark. Shipping costs start at 85 DKK. Products will be delivered to the address specified during the ordering process.
We do not deliver outside Denmark, including the Faroe Islands and Greenland.
Orders are shipped via Post Nord or GLS.
Note: If there is no space at the selected pick-up point, the package will be transferred to the nearest location, and you will be notified. If any issues arise, please contact Elsikkerhed.dk ApS.
Deliveries are made on all business days. Your order will typically be delivered within 2-5 business days.
Certain items may have specific delivery conditions. These terms will be explicitly stated before purchase.
Warranty
A 2-year warranty is provided under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and material faults. Depending on the situation, the item may be repaired, replaced, refunded, or offered at a reduced price. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper handling of the product/service.
Claims must be submitted within a “reasonable time” after the defect is discovered. Elsikkerhed.dk ApS will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds
In the case of a refund, please include your bank details (registration number and account number) to facilitate the transfer. These details can be safely sent via email or another electronic method, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used for the refund process.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased through our webshop.
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is no right of withdrawal for digital products that have been activated. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us.
The withdrawal period is calculated as follows:
- From the day you receive your order.
- From the day you receive the final item in cases where multiple items are ordered in one purchase but delivered separately.
- From the day you receive the last batch or part of an order that is delivered in multiple batches/parts.
- From the day you receive the first item in cases of regular deliveries of goods over a defined period.
Return shipping costs must be borne by you.
You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of purchase and return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Notification must be sent to mail@elsikkerhed.dk with a clear declaration of your intent to exercise your right of withdrawal. You may also use our standard withdrawal form, which can be found [here](insert link).

You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal by simply refusing delivery of the goods without notifying us.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal:
- Goods manufactured to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery.
- Goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Services that have already been performed, if the delivery of the service began with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, if the execution has begun with the consumer’s prior explicit consent and acknowledgment of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal.
- Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscription agreements for such publications.
- Agreements concluded at public auctions.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.
- Digital products that have been activated. Activation means, for example, that the digital product has been downloaded, at which point it is considered used and cannot be returned.
Return Process
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
When returning goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the items are securely packaged. You should include a copy of the order confirmation. The process will be expedited if you also complete and include our Withdrawal Form.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods during return shipping lies with you until we receive the item.
Please note: We do not accept packages sent via cash on delivery.
Condition of Goods Upon Return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the item. This means you can inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used beyond this level of inspection, it is considered “used.” In such cases, if you withdraw from the purchase, only part of the purchase price, or none at all, may be refunded, depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of return.
To receive a full refund of the purchase price, the product must only be tested without being put into actual use.
Refund Process
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid to us.
In cases of diminished value for which you are liable, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the refund.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or documentation proving that you have returned the goods.
Rights
All rights to courses, events, and digital products belong to Elsikkerhed.dk ApS.
By purchasing a product, you gain a license to use the product as specified under the relevant product description.
Your digital product is personal and may not be sold, forwarded, lent, given away, or otherwise distributed, either privately or commercially. This applies to content from our online products, downloaded products, live sessions, workshops, and courses.

We process your personal data to fulfill the agreement, deliver your order, and handle any inquiries related to your purchase. Purchase of Company Courses, KLS, and Consulting Services
Booking and Cancellation
Booking a course, inspection, and/or KLS visit is binding. If you wish to reschedule or cancel the course/inspection/KLS visit, you must notify us as soon as possible by email at mail@elsikkerhed.dk or by phone. Rescheduling or cancellation is only considered accepted once you receive confirmation from Elsikkerhed.
For rescheduling or cancellation of courses, inspections, or KLS visits:
- With 5-10 business days’ notice: 50% of the course price will be charged.
- With 0-5 business days’ notice: 100% of the course price will be charged.
Elsikkerhed reserves the right to cancel an appointment (course, inspection, meeting, or KLS visit) due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues that make it disproportionately difficult to proceed with the appointment.
In the event of cancellation by Elsikkerhed, we commit to notifying you as early as possible and, by agreement, offering an alternative date for the appointment.
Course Certificates
Elsikkerhed reserves the right not to issue course certificates to participants who were not present for the entire course duration or who did not actively participate in the instruction. This is to ensure that participants have acquired the necessary knowledge.
Consulting Services
According to the Danish Electrical Safety Act (LBK no. 26), the owner/user of an electrical installation is responsible for ensuring that it is properly executed, does not pose a danger to people or animals (cf. Electrical Safety Act §3), and complies with Executive Order no. 1082.
Under the Authorization Act (LBK no. 30), the authorized electrical installer is responsible for ensuring that the installation complies with Executive Order no. 1082 and the applicable DS/HD 60364 standards.
Any deviations from the 60364 standard must be reported by the installer to the Danish Safety Technology Authority, which records these deviations.
Law no. 799 of 09/06/2020 (Product and Market Surveillance Act) outlines obligations and responsibilities for the setup, sale, or marketing of electrical equipment, including machinery, and requirements for CE marking and declarations of conformity in accordance with Danish law. The manufacturer is always responsible for compliance with Danish legislation.
Elsikkerhed.dk ApS, therefore, assumes no responsibility for errors or defects in electrical installations, electrical equipment, or machinery resulting from our consulting or guidance.
All consulting and guidance from Elsikkerhed.dk ApS is based on the data provided by the client and the information submitted via emails or phone calls. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the information and data provided to Elsikkerhed.dk.
Travel Costs
Travel costs are generally included in the course price.
For consulting tasks, inspections, and KLS visits, travel is charged according to the rates below. The distance is calculated based on Google Maps, starting from the instructor’s location and using the fastest route.
- 0-10 km: DKK 0
- 11-49 km: DKK 600 (excl. VAT)
- 50-99 km: DKK 1,200 (excl. VAT)
- 100-149 km: DKK 1,700 (excl. VAT)
- 150-199 km: DKK 1,900 (excl. VAT)
- 200 km or more: DKK 2,200 (excl. VAT)
Additional charges for ferries or overnight stays may apply, but these will be agreed upon with the client in advance.
Terms for KLS Subscribers
The right to use Elsikkerhed’s KLS template is a subscription-based service with annual payments. The subscription includes updates to the system in response to changes in the client’s business circumstances or new regulatory requirements. Additionally, clients can contact Elsikkerhed with questions about the system at no extra cost.
The subscription fee is invoiced after the annual visit, which typically includes an evaluation and update of the system. Fees for visits and travel are invoiced separately based on the time spent.
If a client opts out of the annual visit, the subscription fee is invoiced in early January, and an updated system is sent after payment (updates will only reflect regulatory changes as Elsikkerhed lacks data to update based on the client’s circumstances).
Elsikkerhed is not a certification authority and cannot approve or certify a KLS. Elsikkerhed provides a template that meets the requirements of the current KLS regulations (updates are made within six months of any new regulation coming into effect).
Elsikkerhed is not responsible for whether the KLS is adequately used in daily operations, whether documentation is completed correctly, or whether the inspection body issues remarks or, in extreme cases, revokes KLS approval due to these factors. Similarly, Elsikkerhed is not responsible if a business that opts out of its subscription service cannot gain approval from an inspection body because its KLS system no longer meets regulatory requirements.
Prices and Payment Terms
Prices for courses are valid for the number of participants stated in the course description or offer. If this number is exceeded, an additional charge of DKK 450 (excl. VAT) per participant will apply for half-day courses and DKK 750 (excl. VAT) per participant for full-day courses.
Offers are valid for 30 days from the date they are sent.
Prices for courses, inspections, and KLS visits apply within normal working hours, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. For scheduled courses, inspections, and KLS visits at the customer’s premises outside of these hours, an evening/weekend surcharge will apply:
- After 5:00 PM on weekdays
- From 5:00 PM on Friday to 7:00 AM on Monday
This surcharge will always be agreed upon with the customer in advance.
All prices listed on the website are exclusive of VAT.
Payment terms are net 8 days from the invoice date.
We reserve the right to make price adjustments. Regular price adjustments occur annually as of January 1st.
Legal Jurisdiction
Danish law applies to these terms and conditions as well as any collaboration agreements.
